Drop me into an agency team and I don’t just fill a chair. I build worlds, guide campaigns, and wring the best from briefs. During a 4-month freelance run with Pixel, I helped Canon span the gamut—from cinematic hero films to out-of-home Yetis to printer tutorials so precise you could calibrate your socks by them. Here’s the sweep of it.

ROLE: Co-Creative Director, Copywriter

A :60 anthem for Canon’s video ecosystem built to show that every creator—from vlogger to filmmaker—finds their shot with Canon. Big, sweeping, cinematic. Movement and momentum in every frame.

CANON — Megatank Printers

ROLE: Creative Director, Copywriter

How do you sell a legendary printer? You give it a legendary spokesperson—a character big enough to carry the ink and paper load. I wrote and directed Mike the Yeti’s adventures end-to-end, making cost-saving cartridge-free printing not just functional, but funny.

CANON — Ivy2 Printers

ROLE: Creative Director

Not every brief is a blockbuster. Some are :15s for a palm-sized printer destined for social feeds. I worked with Madison Hewlett, a sharp and talented AD, to take Ivy2 from concept to production. The result: playful, polished ads that punched above their weight.

CANON — PRO Printers

ROLE: Creative Director, Copywriter

For Canon’s professional line, I developed three short films in a first- person, artist-at-the-desk POV. Quiet, intimate, tactile—each one ending with the work framed and hung. Serious printers, serious craft, presented with the kind of care pros demand. And the miniscule budget the client allotted.

CANON — One-to-One Educational Materials

ROLE: Creative Director, Copywriter

Education can be dry—unless you make it sing. I wrote and supervised the production of a suite of Canon One2One instructional videos and supporting articles. Clear, tactile, no-nonsense storytelling that helped creators actually use their gear better. Proof that product education doesn’t have to snooze. Or cost much.

One agency stint. One brand. A half-dozen products, formats, and audiences. That’s the kind of range I bring to the table. Call it a canon of Canon.
