PlanSource needed a website that could do something brave: make benefits administration understandable without sounding like it was apologizing for itself. I led the voice and messaging across the site, working to bring clarity, confidence, and a bit of personality to a space that tends to default to gray.
The job was less about flash and more about structure — shaping pages that helped HR teams, brokers, and employers find what they needed quickly, while still feeling like they were in capable hands.
